Sharon Ann Shaw; age 85 of St. Louis passed away Saturday, October 4, 2025 peacefully at her home surrounded by family. Sharon was born May 25, 1940 the daughter of Leo and Marie (Sumner) Fox. She worked for the credit bureau, was part owner of the County Line Bar for a period, and worked at CMU as an office manager for the CMU police. She loved going to her grandchildren’s sporting events. She was known for keeping a pristine lawn and tending to her flowers. Sharon lived a full happy life and was the kind of person who always left people smiling. Her happy disposition was contagious. She will be missed by all who knew her. Sharon is survived by 2 children David (Lori) Shaw of St. Louis and Terri Shaw of St. Louis; 6 grandchildren Shannon, Zachary, Nikole (Nathen), Jessie, Danielle, Josie, and Aidan; 5 great grandchildren Devin, Jayden, Zander, Rylee, and Nolan; her brothers Pat (Gloria) Fox of Shepherd and Tom (Kay) Fox of Shepherd; special adopted granddaughter Kaylee Cross and many other who called her grandma; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Sharon is preceded by Norman Shaw; both her parents; her son Daniel Shaw; and her sister Yvonne Trecy. Services for Sharon will be Friday, October 10 at 11 A.M. at St. Patrick’s Church with visitation from 10 A.M. until time of service. There will be visitation Thursday, October 9 from 4 to 8 P.M. with a vigil and rosary at 7 P.M. at Berry Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made on behalf of Sharon to St. Patrick’s Church. Feel free to wear teal, Sharon’s favorite color at the visitation or funeral mass.
