Cecil Lee Hartman; age 84 of Riverdale passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2025 peacefully at his home surrounded by family. Cecil was born July 20, 1941 the son of James and Lana (Hunt) Hartman. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, farming, carpentry work, and being around his grandchildren. He married Janice Fisk February 1, 1964. Cecil is survived by his wife Janice; 3 children Kelli (Greg) McQueen of Shepherd, Julie (Jack) Cooper of Vestaburg, and Rick (Pam) Hartman of Riverdale; 6 grandchildren and their spouses; 9 great grandchildren; and 1 soon to be great great grandchild; 3 siblings Orcen (Lynn) Hartman of Riverdale, Robin (Nelson) Langworthy of Vestaburg, and Sheila Davis of Riverdale; and numerous nieces and nephews. Cecil is preceded by both his parents; siblings Raymond Harold Hartman, Udell Hartman, and Morris Hartman; and 2 nephews. The family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to Katie Conner of Residential Hospice as well as Phil Schafer and Wes Cole for helping Cecil give his last harvest. Cremation has taken place and there will be no services per wishes. Arrangements have been entrusted to Berry Funeral Home of Shepherd.
