Robert Francis Hartupee
January 29th, 1957 – November 18th, 2025
Robert Francis Hartupee, 68 of Shepherd passed away on Tuesday November 18, 2025, at McLaren Central Michigan Hospital surrounded by family and his special friend Ellen. Cremation has taken place. A remembrance gathering will be held at Berry Funeral Home on Monday November 24th from 3-7pm. Family is requesting jeans and Detroit Tigers gear. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pardee Cancer Fund or family wishes. Robb worked at Country Fresh for over 30 years. Robb enjoyed baseball, especially the Detroit Tigers, all classic rock music, and playing men’s slow pitch softball in Shepherd. Robb was born January 29th, 1957, son of Robert and Wanda (Roberts) Hartupee. Robb graduated with the class of 1975 from Shepherd High School. Robb is survived by his father Robert Hartupee, sister Sue Canute, brother Jamie (Rebecca) Hartupee, all from Shepherd; Stepson’s Trent (Kim) Wheeler and Mike Moss; and a very special friend Ellen Kanitz; 3 granddaughters Daily, Olivia, and Lillian; and many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and his beloved pets Dude and Tippy. Robb is proceeded in death by his mother Wanda Grace Hartupee and brother-in-law Bruce Canute.
