Delores Lou Raab; age 91 of Shepherd passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at Robertson County Health Care Facility in Flemingsburg, Kentucky with family by her side. Delores was born October 14, 1934 the daughter of Delbert and Dora (Rivette) Smith. She was a master seamstress and excelled at needlework of all kinds whether it was quilting, knitting, or sewing. She was always ready to go on a shopping trip as well. Delores married Donald Raab in February of 1953. She was a spiritual woman strong with her faith. Delores is survived by 3 children Dorene Smith of Socorro, New Mexico, John Raab of Shepherd, Michigan, and Daniele (Douglas) Peacock of Flemingsburg, Kentucky; 6 grandchildren Suzanne Smith, Brad Smith, Lauren Smith, Rachel (Travers) LeClair, Lucas (Ruby) Peacock, and Matthew (Victoria) Peacock; 8 great grandchildren Maxwell “Sandy”, Elliot, Errold, Evan, Phoebe, Jon, Natalie, and Theodore; and several nieces and nephews. Delores is preceded by both her parents; her husband Donald; and 2 brothers Clayton and Robert Smith. Services for Delores will be Monday, December 22 at 11 A.M. at Berry Funeral Home in Shepherd with Pastor Dar Blanshan officiating. There will be visitation from 10 A.M. until time of service. There will also be visitation on Sunday, December 21 from 2 to 6 P.M.
