David Lee Bloss; age 74 of Sumner passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at the Laurels of Carson City. David was born May 17, 1952 the son of Harry and Mina (Palmer) Bloss. He enjoyed going to yard sales and fishing. He worked for Ionia Steel for many years. David is survived by his brother Robert (Connie) Bloss; his sister Ruth Edwards; and several nieces and nephews. David is preceded in death by both his parents and siblings Marcine Fishburn, Maxine Witter, Laura Edwards, Lloyd “Tom” Bloss, and Mearl Bloss. Cremation has taken place and there will be a celebration of life at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Berry Funeral Home of Shepherd.
