Sandra Sue Chivington; age 84 of Mt. Pleasant passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at her home surrounded by family. Sandra was born March 26, 1941 the daughter of Elwin and Mildred (Anderson) Dale. She enjoyed gardening and crafting. She married Richard Chivington June 20, 1959. Sandra is survived by 6 children Lorrie (Daniel) Williams of Mt. Pleasant, Kathy (Marshal Hogan) Chivington of Summerville, SC, Edward (Margie) Chivington of New Braunfels, TX, Mary Chivington of Oregon, WI, Amy (Todd) Brock of Shepherd, and Alan (Leisel) Chivington of Brooklyn, MI; 9 grandchildren Danielle (Greg) Webster of Shepherd, Sarah Kreiner of Mt. Pleasant, Jessica Chivington of Richmond, VA, Tresse (Steven) Lyssy of New Braunfels, TX, Charles (Abigal) Chivington of Amarillo, TX, Justin Brock of Lansing, Kaitlyn (Brad) Felcyn of Paw Paw, MI, Jasmine Chivington of Oregon, WI, and Debra Grove of Coleman; 9 great grandchildren Georgia, Lilly, Chloe, Benjamin, Madison, Carter, Lucy, Nolan, and Aubree; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended friends and family. Sandra is preceded by both her parents; her granddaughter Kristen Kreiner; and siblings Ronald Dale, Ruth Dwelly, and Tom Smith. Cremation has taken place and their will be a private family graveside service at a later date. Sandra will be interred at Chippewa Township Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Berry Funeral Home of Shepherd.
