Jennifer Michelle Taylor, age 47, of Mount Pleasant, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2026. She was born February 22, 1979, the daughter of James William Taylor III and Heide Beyer.
Jennifer was a devoted mother and grandmother who cherished time spent with her family, especially her beloved grandbabies. She also had a special place in her heart for her dogs. Known for her strong work ethic, Jennifer was always busy and took pride in staying active and productive. She had a creative spirit and loved arts and crafts, often found with paint on her hands as she brought her projects to life. Jennifer found joy in being near the water, visiting beaches and lighthouses, and soaking up the sun.
Jennifer is survived by her five children: McKenzie (Cody) Field, Hailie Taylor, Hannah Taylor, Sophia Taylor, and Andrew Williams; her two grandchildren Kai Gatlin and Salem Field; her father James William Taylor III; her brother James William Taylor IV; two nephews Aiden Taylor and Matthew Loomis; and her best friend Melanie Hoffmeyer (Munoz).
She was preceded in death by her mother, Heide, and her soulmate Brad Hynes. Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Berry Funeral Home of Shepherd.
